GreenChoices is about the choices we can make in our everyday lives to protect our environment, for the benefit of all. We aim to empower you with simple, direct information on green alternatives which make a real, lasting difference.

The core of this information is arranged as a series of Green Lifestyle Topics each of which is subdivided into a number of subsections dealing with particular aspects.

The Tips and Starters section is evolving, so re-visit to check out the latest information. The list of Online Shops offers links to many general green suppliers as well as specialist suppliers. Feature Articles cover a variety of topics, while About GreenChoices tells you who we are, how you can help us and provides answers to frequently asked questions.

Written for us by Dave Reay, an expert at Edinburgh University, this section explains the science and the impacts, discusses what's currently being done, the choice facing us and how to tackle climate change, and answers many questions.
